James R. Foster
Of Counsel
Jim Foster is an experienced estate and business planner working with mid-sized to large taxable estates, as well as probate and trust administration. He is also experienced in farm and ranch business planning and family succession planning. Jim previously served as General Counsel for Northern Wasco County People's Utility District for over 30 years and is well versed in Northwest energy issues, including renewable resource development.
Jim was born and raised in the Northwest, and when not in the office, enjoys fly-fishing. Prior to becoming Of Counsel to Campbell Phillips, PC., Jim was in practice for many years at Foster, Peachey & Young, LLP in The Dalles.
